Privacy Policy for LiquidLane Inc.

This Privacy Policy explains how LIQUIDLANE INC. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. There are two places on this site where that happens:

• Our contact form. We collect your name, email address, message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. This is sent straight to our inbox by email. It is not stored in a database and it is not added to any mailing list.
• Booking a discovery call. Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar. Anything you enter when booking is collected and processed by Google under their own privacy policy, and the resulting appointment appears in our calendar.

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to schedule and hold meetings with you, and to provide the services you ask us about. We do not use it for automated advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed in section 5.

• What we use. Google Analytics 4, to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
• What it tells us. Aggregate patterns, not individuals. We use it to learn which pages are useful and which are not.
• What we do not do. We do not record your screen, your mouse movements or your keystrokes. We do not use session replay. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags.
• Opting out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally either way.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify — hosts the website and processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google — provides Analytics, Calendar scheduling and Meet, and our business email.

Enquiries sent through the contact form live in our email inbox and are kept for as long as they remain commercially useful, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@liquid-lane.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights over your personal data, we will honour those rights.

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep credentials for our service providers restricted, and we do not store payment information on this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site offers business-to-business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "Last Updated" date above always reflects the current version.
